The high-carbon, stainless-steel blades are individually heat-treated and tempered, and then precision-ground and hand-honed, making them incredibly strong, sharp, and durable. They’re easy to sharpen and will stay sharp for longer too, so you won’t have to do it so often.
The handles have been shaped with comfort in mind – they’re gently curved to make them fit nicely in your hand, making it far less likely they’ll slip out, and they make for more comfortable chopping too.
