This clock combines rustic charm with a cheery design giving your outdoor or indoor space a happy focal point. The cost of deliveries within the EU depends on the total weight of your order. All orders under 2kg will be sent via a European service. The cost of international deliveries depends on the total weight of your order. All orders under 2kg will be sent via a fixed rate. We will use an international courier service for orders over 2kg. International deliveries can take anywhere between 4 days and 3 weeks to arrive depending on your location. We deliver only to the locations below. PLEASE NOTE: Muldale cannot be held responsible for any customs costs or delays your order may incur. In most cases, but not all as it is not always possible, International orders are tracked and you will be emailed the tracking number. We do not post orders over 30kg to these destinations.

Returns Information
We offer 100% 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. We are happy to accept returns or exchanges made within 30 days of the shipping date indicated on your sales receipt. After 30 days your order will be assumed satisfactory and claims of shipment errors or requests for returns or exchanges will not be accepted. Items may be returned/exchanged provided that the item(s) are returned in clean, sellable condition with all tags and packaging intact, subject to the discretion of the Muldale. Please fill out the returns information form on the back of your order invoice and ensure to include it inside your return parcel. Returns received without this cannot be guaranteed a full refund.
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us first on 01427 610682 or E-mail help@muldale.com, as we often require an image of damages and it may not be necessary for you to be inconvenienced by sending the product back to us.
