All Chatsford Teapots are fitted with a specially designed removeable strainer to make the preparation of loose leaf tea quick and simple. The patented design works well with all blends including those which have large leaf constituents, as well as specialist herbal teas. Under normal conditions these strainers will last for many years.

The cost of deliveries within the EU depends on the total weight of your order. All orders under 2kg will be sent via a European service. We will use an international courier service for orders over 2kg. EU deliveries usually take between 5 - 10 working days to arrive. EU orders are usually tracked dependent on weight and cost of purchase. We do not post orders over 30kg to these destinations.

The cost of international deliveries depends on the total weight of your order. All orders under 2kg will be sent via a fixed rate. We will use an international courier service for orders over 2kg. International deliveries can take anywhere between 4 days and 3 weeks to arrive depending on your location. We deliver only to the locations below. PLEASE NOTE: Muldale cannot be held responsible for any customs costs or delays your order may incur. In most cases, but not all as it is not always possible, International orders are tracked and you will be emailed the tracking number. We do not post orders over 30kg to these destinations.
