Perfect for helping you make jams and chutneys, the thermometer also readings for all standard confectionary/candy stages, enabling you to create delicious fudge, toffee, marshmallow, boiled sweets, and many more.
The thermometer is easy to use, simply insert it into a jam or confectionary up to the immersion line. Use the clip to keep the thermometer steady on the side of the pan. It measures temperatures from 40 Degrees to 200 Degrees Celsius (100 to 400 Fahrenheit)
