Stellar Sabatier Cooks Knife 20cm

This stylish 20cm Chefs knife is a classic cook's knife that allows you to safely cut at speed. This Cooks knife is well balanced with a good weight and hardened blades forged from the highest quality X50CrMov15 stainless steel, with Carbon for hardness, Vanadium to retain sharpness, and Molybdenum to resist rust and stains. 

Each knife is constructed using the more secure 'full tang' method that goes all the way from tip to grip, securely connected to the handle with spun-solid rivets, with a high tech 'POM-C' handle which has great resistance to heat, wear, and dishwasher detergents.
