When used the food item glides easily out with the teeniest of anything left to wash off. They are very easy to hand wash with a non scratch sponge. They are of a good weight but be mindful when you remove from the oven that you position your hands correctly as the product inside is quite near to the edge of the tin. This is a very versatile product. It makes huge individual Yorkshire puddings and muffins. It's a bit pricey but it's worth every penny. I highly recommend this product."
