What is the difference between the Glenrigg and the Wicklow?
They share the same lead-free European crystal, the same size and the same hand-cut diamond-and-fan style. The Wicklow is the fuller, more traditional cut; the Glenrigg pares it back with fewer diamonds at the base for a cleaner, more architectural look. They pour identically — choose on looks alone.
Are these glasses lead-free?
Yes. It is made from lead-free European crystal. You get the clarity, weight and ring people associate with traditional crystal, but without the lead, and with a little more strength for everyday use.
How big is it, and how much should I pour?
Each glass holds 8.5oz, around 250ml. The bowl is compact and sits comfortably in the hand, narrowing to the rim to gather the aroma. A 2 to 3oz pour has plenty of room to breathe.
Can it go in the dishwasher?
Yes. They are dishwasher safe. We recommend handwashing in warm soapy water to keep the hand-cut crystal bright, but the dishwasher will not harm them.
Is it fragile, and how is it protected in transit?
