Infuse a bit of life into your space!
With the stuffiness of Winter beginning to end, we can look forward to enjoying our Gardens when we can throw open the windows to allow our houses to breathe. In the meantime, while we wait for warmer weather why not introduce more plants inside your home. We have some great
plant pots to accompany them!
Indoor house plants are perfect for helping to regulate humidity levels and they also add fresh oxygen to your surroundings. They release phytochemicals, which suppress mould spores and bacteria in the air.
With so many varieties of Houseplants to choose from, they can add texture and colour to your home. But it isn’t just the variety of house plants that let you be creative, you can also add texture and dimension when you choose your indoor plant pot.
Houseplant pots can complement or enhance the plant and the room that it is placed in. You can create a statement look with any style or space.
“If you’re arranging planters always follow the odd number rule, so group them in threes or fives. Go for similar materials which complement each other. I also like taking terracotta planters and spray-painting them or the saucers matching them to another colour in the room’s scheme, such as a cushion or piece of furniture. Also look at hanging displays, whether it’s pots in macramé, suspended terrariums or upside-down planters; they really jazz things up." says
Isabelle Palmer, the Balcony Gardener

These bark style pant pots extend the theme of nature through to the pot itself. They are lifelike enough to give the impression of a hollowed-out tree stump and they are available in 2 colours – silver birch and beech. Why not try teaming these pots with an Asplenium Nidus (Birds Nest) Fern as shown in this picture. These easy to care for Ferns are slow growing and are very forgiving if you occasionally forget to water them. -
